Over the past two weekends, the next generation of Western Australia’s top gymnasts gathered at the State Gymnastics Centre to show off their skills.
As soon as you stepped onto the competition floor, you could see how excited the athletes were to be there. It’s truly inspiring to see these young athletes chase their dreams in the sport and have fun doing it.

WA Country Team Athletes Shine at the 2025 Bigham Cup
The Bigham Cup was established in 2021 to give opportunity for national State team representation at competition for Women's Artistic Gymnastics level 6 and 7 athletes in the smaller states and territories, namely ACT, TAS, SA, NT and WA.
This event is named in honour of Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics South Australia Life Member, Anne Bigham.

Congratulations to Aerobic Youth International Athlete Sarah Lehmann (NDGC) who has been selected to represent Australia at the upcoming XP Gymnastics Nationals in Auckland, New Zealand, the Plvodiv Cup in Plvodiv, Bulgaria and the Aerobic Korea Open in Busan, Korea.
